In 2012 Joe entered the real estate profession, bringing with him the communication and relationships from the heart of Madison and the service industry. Joe successfully co-founded and managed a growing residential real estate team for the past 10 years. He has transitioned over the past four years to Director of the Commercial Department of RE/MAX Preferred; recruiting agents, implementing training and protocols within the highly competitive commercial and investment markets in and around Madison. As Director of the commercial department, Joe offers expertise in acquisitions, sales, and leasing to the PCPM team. His knowledge of the different sectors within commercial real estate, lease negotiation and review, and sometimes most importantly asset valuation, bring a diversified skill set to the PCPM team. Joe has successfully grown and managed his personal real estate portfolio; dealing with the day to day issues that may arise as well as tenant pre-qualification and turnover. From acquisition strategies of no money down to creative financing opportunities, Joe's real estate portfolio brings an out of the box creativity to typical day to day problems.

Since 2004 Justin has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry. He currently is an active owner of a residential Property Management company that oversees a portfolio of approximately 33 Million in Multi-Family Property throughout the Madison, WI Market. He has helped oversee the development of this company into one that consistently sets the standards for customer care and value in the City. Justin has also been growing his own portfolio of residential investment properties on Madison's near-east side. For over a decade and a half he has been closely monitoring the housing market in Dane county. He has consulted on property management needs for many investors looking to get into the Dane County property world, or to continue to maintain and grow their interests in South Central Wisconsin. Tyler brings a wealth of experience to the role of property manager. Before joining Preferred Commercial Property Management,Tyler developed a passion for real estate when he started investing in homes and rental properties in 2016. In addition to being in real estate, he has worked in the trades/service industry for over 15 years. Dan has lived in the Madison, WI area for over 40 years, and has been practicing real estate, small business
entrepreneurship and insurance professionally since 2001. He currently owns and has managed multiple single-family rental properties, commercial investment properties and has thousands of square feet of retail space. As a managing owner of 12 RE/MAX Office Franchises for more than a decade, Dan has obtained investment, sales and management experience in Real Estate. Being a 3rd generation entrepreneur, he has been involved in all aspects of the business. Real Estate Sales, office building, team building, business building, policy/procedure curation, plan implementation, marketing, technology development, training, coaching, mentoring, speaking, teaching, selling, buying, and investing in the industry earned him positions on leadership councils for RE/MAX LLC, RE/MAX INTEGRA and currently the 2022 President of the South Central Wisconsin MLS. He also has extensive knowledge of remodeling, building, insurance, financing, investing, and business operations consulting. With a background in small business, military leadership, law enforcement, and team management & a desire to change lives.
